1. About These Terms
By using bridgelink.shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the products in your cart. We'll confirm your order by phone before processing.
- All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS)
- Prices include applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Stock is limited and orders are subject to availability
3. Payment
We accept:
- Card — Visa, Mastercard (via Paystack)
- Mobile Money — MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo (via Hubtel)
- Cash on Pickup — for in-person collection only
Payment must be completed before delivery is arranged.
4. Delivery & Pickup
We offer:
- Home Delivery — across Accra and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are quoted by our team after order confirmation, based on your location.
- Store Pickup — collect free of charge from our office on Oblogo Road, Accra.
Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. Our team will share an estimate when confirming your order.
5. Returns & Refunds
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging
- We'll either replace it or refund you in full
Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion. Some items (e.g. opened personal care products, perishables) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Warranties
Products carry their original manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Bridgelink is not the manufacturer and warranty service is provided by the brand or distributor.
7. Influencer Programme
If you join our influencer programme:
- You'll earn commission on orders placed through your unique link
- Commission rates are set per account and may change with notice
- Payouts are made by Mobile Money after admin approval, typically within 48 hours of request
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or abuse
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the site
- Impersonate someone else or provide false information
- Resell products without authorisation
9. Limitation of Liability
Bridgelink Global Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products, beyond the value of the order itself.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be handled in Ghanaian courts.
