Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and head to checkout. Fill in your details, choose delivery or pickup, and select a payment method. Our team will call you to confirm.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes. Customer accounts aren't required to shop. We collect your name, phone, and (optionally) email at checkout so we can process your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't been dispatched. Call us on +233 20 736 9856 as soon as possible.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Card (via Paystack), Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo via Hubtel), and Cash on Pickup.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We don't store card or MoMo details — payments are processed directly by Paystack and Hubtel using industry-standard encryption.

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons: insufficient funds, network issues, or your bank blocking the transaction. Try again or use a different method.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Currently across Accra and nearby areas. For locations further out, we'll quote a delivery fee — contact us first to confirm.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees depend on your location and order size. Our team will quote you a fee after confirming your order. Store pickup is always free.

How long does delivery take?

Most Accra deliveries are completed within 1–3 business days. Same-day delivery may be available for some areas — ask when our team calls.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! Choose "Store Pickup" at checkout. Our office is on Oblogo Road, Accra.

Returns

What's your return policy?

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Terms for full details.

What if the product isn't what I expected?

We accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion. The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Influencer Programme

How does the influencer programme work?

Sign up, get a unique handle (e.g. bridgelink.shop/@yourname), and earn commission on every order placed through your link. Apply here.

How much commission do I earn?

The default rate is 5%, but custom rates can be agreed depending on your reach and performance.

How do I get paid?

Request a payout from your dashboard. Payouts are sent via Mobile Money after admin approval, usually within 48 hours.
